Shipping - In-stock items may take 2-5 business days to process prior to shipping. For international shipments customer is responsible for any customs charges.
Returns & Refunds - You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in original packaging. Any used or damaged product (even resulting from shipper) may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Those seeking to return items are responsible for payment of all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon, original (outbound) shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds may take up to 15 business days to authorize after receipt of returned items. Refunds may be in the original method of payment or by other methods.
